Brett Covington

Brett Covington is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Hollingsworth LLP since April 2017, specializing in labor and employment disputes, business litigation, and government investigations. Prior experience includes a tenure as an Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Saul Ewing LLP from September 2011 to April 2017, where more than ten federal court victories and successful arbitration outcomes were achieved. Covington also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Phillips in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, managing a diverse range of civil cases and high-profile criminal trials from September 2009 to August 2011. Earlier legal experience includes a legal internship with the Honorable Lee H. Rosenthal at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas in 2007. Covington holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Religion from Wake Forest University.
