James Thompson

James Thompson has extensive experience in consulting, project management, and system integration, particularly in SAP applications across various industries. Currently serving as the PMO and SAP MM/PP Lead at Hollingsworth & Vose since October 2021, James is focused on the global build and deployment of SAP S/4 HANA. As President and CEO of both Catalystic Partners, Inc. and Ideas 2 Assets, James has fostered value-added consulting and innovative product development. Previous roles include Manufacturing Consultant at VT Industries, Production Execution Consulting Lead at Johns Manville, and various SAP consulting positions at Alacer Gold Corp. and Lonza Pharmaceuticals. James holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Illinois State University. Additionally, James served as Treasurer and Secretary on the Board of Trustees for the Colorado Symphony Orchestra from 2008 to 2012.
