Mark Pileski

Mark Pileski serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition and HR Corporate Functions at Hollingsworth & Vose since March 2021, following a role as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for North America. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Takeda, where strategies for oncology-related hiring were developed and executed. At Haemonetics, Mark held the positions of Senior Manager and Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, optimizing the recruiting process and managing substantial requisition workloads. Earlier roles include leadership positions at IntePros Consulting, where Mark led the Healthcare and Life Sciences Division, and prior sales and client service roles at several firms, including Pfizer and Picis. Mark earned a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has received the President’s Club Award multiple times for outstanding performance.
