Sandra Martinez

Sandra Martinez has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Most recently, they worked as the Chief People Officer at Hollingsworth & Vose since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources, Barnes Industrial at Barnes Group Inc. From 2017 to 2021, they held various roles at HARMAN International, including VP of HR Supply Chain & Operations, Technology, and VP of Global Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate HR. Before that, Martinez was the Group Vice President of Human Resources at Klöckner Pentaplast and held roles at Univision Communications Inc., Harman International, Tenex Capital Management, and GE Energy. Sandra'sexperience includes leading HR teams, implementing strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion programs.

Sandra Martinez has a BBA and MBA in Business Administration from Esade. Sandra also pursued a CEMS Master in International Business Administration from the Université catholique de Louvain. In 2008, they obtained an SPHR Certification in Human Resources from Fairfield University. Moreover, they have additional certifications including Women in Governance Program from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2021, an SPHR certification from Fairfield University in 2009, the SHRM Learning System certification from Fairfield University in 2008, a Black Belt certification from GE Capital in 2002, and a Financial Management Program Graduate certification from GE Capital in 1997.
