Sofia Ghezzi

Sofia Ghezzi is an experienced environmental engineer currently employed at Hollingsworth & Vose since June 2020, where responsibilities have included managing EHS roles, conducting reporting and audits, and developing process flow maps and water balances to enhance water reduction in manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes roles as a process engineering associate and technical engineering associate, focusing on glass fiber production and pilot line management, respectively. Sofia has also gained diverse experience through internships in chemical engineering and engineering roles, coupled with early work as a retail salesworker and clerk. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science at the University of Pittsburgh, Sofia holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
