Vince Hatcher

Vince Hatcher serves as the Director of Operations for the Americas at Hollingsworth & Vose, where responsibilities include overseeing southeast regional operations and collaborating with global teams to produce advanced materials for various applications. With a career spanning over three decades, Vince has held multiple leadership roles at Hollingsworth & Vose and previously at Dresser-Rand and Synchrony, managing manufacturing operations, strategic planning, and compliance initiatives. Educationally, Vince holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Virginia Tech.
