Jim McCarten is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Hollister Incorporated, Jim has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results through a hands-on approach while supporting HR functions for over 700 employees across various locations. Previously, Jim held significant positions at Nosco as People Operations Manager, at Metalex as Human Resources Manager, and at Baxter Healthcare as Manufacturing Supervisor, among others. With a solid educational background, including two Master’s degrees from Webster University in Business and Organizational Security Management and Human Resources Management, complemented by a BA in History from Northern Illinois University, Jim combines strategic insight with operational expertise to enhance organizational success.
