Kip has been practicing authentic and self-aware leadership for over 30 years as Founder & CEO of The Hollister Group - Staffing & Cultures. Her passion to help leaders discover the possibility, inner knowing and worthiness that resides within them drew her to launch the Cultures division. In her role leading this division, Kip ignites and activates the true essence of the individuals, teams, and companies who work with her. She weaves in learnings from her own personal and professional life experiences.
