Tia Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tia began their career as a Sales Representative at D2 Drysdale Showroom and later worked as an On Premise Sales Consultant at Republic National Distributing Company. Tia then transitioned into the field of marketing, starting as a Marketing and Public Relations Assistant with the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. Tia also served as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader and provided instruction at their Official Dance Camp. Tia further honed their marketing skills at Neiman Marcus, where they worked as a Merchandise Coordinator and Catalog & Online Coordinator. Tia then joined JCPenney as a Project Coordinator and later became a Merchandise Marketing Manager. Tia's marketing expertise expanded further at Tesla, where they worked as a Sr. Marketing Specialist, overseeing 13 locations and managing 8 marketing coordinators. Most recently, Tia held positions at Hollman, Inc. as an Athletic Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and Brand Development Director. Their role included leading a new department to increase brand awareness, manage strategic campaigns, and develop programs. Tia also contributed to the launch and development of The Hollman Family Foundation, acting as the Vice President and positively impacting low-income high school locker room renovations.
Tia Williams completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising/Business Administration at Texas State University from 2001 to 2006. In 2018, they obtained an Advanced Marketing Certificate from Southern Methodist University.
