Tyler Keys

Tyler Keys has over a decade of work experience with a strong focus on compliance, environmental health, and safety. From 2010 to 2020, they worked at Vallourec - North America, initially as an EHS Technician and then as the Environment, Health, and Safety Manager. In this role, Tyler demonstrated visible safety and environmental leadership in a manufacturing environment and oversaw a team. Tyler'sresponsibilities included training, program development, budgeting, adherence to OSHA and RCRA requirements, accident prevention, facility maintenance according to ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 standards, and leading safety and environmental management committees. Tyler also implemented green technology initiatives and the Chemsafe program to reduce harmful chemicals. Additionally, they conducted inspections, investigations, risk assessments, and developed safe working procedures. In 2020, Tyler joined Hollman, Inc. as the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety, and later transitioned to the role of Director of Compliance and Services in 2023.

From 2003 to 2009, Tyler Keys attended Northeastern State University, where they pursued and successfully completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety.
