Robert Sherman has worked in various roles within the hospitality industry. Robert began their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Manager at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. In 2013, they joined The SoHo Metropolitan Hotel & Residences as a Human Resources Manager. In 2014, they transitioned to the Holloway Lodging Corporation, first serving as the National Director of Human Resources and later becoming the Chief Operating Officer and Co-President.
Robert Sherman graduated from the University of Guelph in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Philosophy and History. In 2010, they received a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from George Brown College.
