Doug Niemtschk

Doug Niemtschk, CIH, CSP, currently serves as the Health and Safety Manager and Corporate Safety Specialist at Holly Energy Partners, focusing on the development of health and safety standards and policies. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Safety Manager at Koch Agronomic and Energy Solutions, overseeing global safety management systems, and Health and Safety Director at Koch Fertilizer, directing safety practices for multiple plants. Doug's career also includes health and safety management at Koch Industries and industrial hygiene leadership at DynMcDermott Petroleum Operations. Doug served as a Medical Operations Officer in the US Army National Guard and worked as an Industrial Hygienist and Criminalist in various capacities earlier in their career. Doug holds a MS in Community Health Sciences with a focus in Industrial Hygiene from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a BS in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University.
