Lori Coupland

Lori Coupland has extensive work experience in regulatory and compliance roles. Lori held various positions at Holly Energy Partners, starting as a Regulatory Compliance Manager in February 2007. Lori then progressed to become a Manager of Regulatory and EHS, a Senior Manager of Regulatory, Security & Training, and eventually a Director of Compliance and Environmental, Health and Safety. Lori worked at Holly Energy Partners until the present. Prior to their time at Holly Energy Partners, Lori worked at the City of Farmington as an HR Analyst from 2002 to 2004 and as an Accreditation Manager from 2004 to 2007. Lori also worked as a Regulatory Coordinator at Navajo Pipeline Company from August 2000 to June 2002.

Lori Coupland completed a Process Safety Management Certificate at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2017. In 2014, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Legal Studies from Kaplan University. Prior to that, they received an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University in 2012.
