Daniela Mercado Beivide, PhD

Daniela Mercado Beivide, PhD, has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Daniela currently holds the position of Chief Science Officer at Holly Health, a role they began in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Content, Research, and UX at the same company from April 2022 to April 2023. From February 2021 to October 2022, they worked as a Content & Research Manager at Holly Health.

Before joining Holly Health, Daniela worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at King's College London from September 2017 to September 2020. Daniela also had research experience as a Researcher at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience from October 2016 to January 2017.

Their earlier work experience includes roles such as a Researcher in Molecular Neurophysiology at the National Institute of Psychiatry Ramon de la Fuente Muñiz from August 2014 to July 2015, a Public Health Educator at Westminster School Mexico City from September 2013 to November 2013, and a Summer Intern in the Department of Neurology at The National Cancer Institute from June 2013 to September 2013.

Additionally, Daniela gained clinical experience through placements at various institutions, including ISSSTE from March 2013 to May 2013, Shriners Hospitals for Children from November 2012 to January 2013, Hospital Médica Sur from April 2012 to June 2012, and the National Institute of Medical Sciences and Nutrition Salvador Zubirán from November 2011 to January 2012.

Daniela Mercado Beivide, PhD, has a strong educational background in various fields. Daniela pursued their Bachelor's degree, specializing in Nutrition, from the Escuela de Dietética y Nutrición del ISSSTE, which they completed in 2015. Following this, they obtained a Diploma in Health Marketing from the Centro Universitario Incarnate Word in 2015-2016.

In 2015, Daniela continued their education at King's College London, where they completed a Master's degree in Neuroscience in 2016. Building on their expertise, they went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Psychological Medicine at the same institution from 2017 to 2020.

Additionally, they obtained a certification in UX Foundations: Content Strategy from LinkedIn in January 2021, enhancing their skill set in user experience design.
