Renee Hernandez Greenfield is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in early childhood education and family training. Currently serving as a Family Trainer at Holly Ridge Center since June 2023, Renee provides individualized speech and language training services to young children and their families. As an Adjunct Instructor at Tacoma Community College since April 2017, Renee prepares and teaches courses focused on children with special needs, while also contributing to the development of the Early Childhood Education curriculum. Former roles include Director of the Early Learning Center at Tacoma Community College, Education/Disabilities Manager for the Suquamish Tribe, and various positions at Kitsap Community Resources and the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties. Renee holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, certificates in Early Childhood Education from Olympic College, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Occidental College.

Holly Ridge Center is a private non-profit agency whose mission is to enable children and adults with differing abilities to reach their fullest potential, creating a positive and lasting impact on the community. With more than 59 years of highly specialized experience serving children and adults throughout the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas, Holly Ridge Center fulfills its mission through two program areas: •Infant Toddler Program (ITP), a neurodevelopmental center that provides early intervention services to children ages birth to three years old who present with developmental delays or are medically fragile. This is the only program of its type on the Olympic Peninsula and served more than 1,000 children in 2014. •The Adult Employment Services Program (AES), a vocational rehabilitation program that provides supported employment services for job training and placement services within the community for more than 249 individuals with disabilities each year.
