Marcial Artz

Marcial Artz is a seasoned operations management professional with extensive experience in the refining industry. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at HF Sinclair since September 2021, Marcial is responsible for the production demand, key performance indicators, environmental compliance, and employee safety across asphalt facilities, while also managing capital projects and budgets. Prior to this role, Marcial held various positions at HollyFrontier from August 2002, including Senior Operations Manager for the Asphalt Division, overseeing maintenance planning, budget management, and operational excellence initiatives. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Process Operator at Phillips 66. Marcial holds degrees in General Studies with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and Criminal Justice and Corrections from Frank Phillips College.
