Lina Bentley

Lina joined the team in October 2022 as a Head of People to develop and lead Hollyport’s People Strategy. Her focus is on nurturing an environment where people can grow and feel empowered to achieve the company’s mission and to create a culture that attracts and inspires the most passionate and expert talent. Lina will collaborate with the people to transform the culture into a more diverse, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Before joining Hollyport, Lina worked in the mining Industry for over 12 years, supporting a diverse international workforce, partnering with senior executives to create an ethical and diverse organization, delivering long-term strong and sustainable commercial performance.

Lina holds a Master of Science in International Business from Birkbeck University of London and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
