Thomas Melia

Thomas Melia is a Junior Writer at The Manc Group, where responsibilities include producing articles for a large online audience and contributing to social media content and on-site video/photo shoots. As a Music Writer for Oculate UK, Thomas focuses on timely reviews of music releases, promoting emerging talent. In a contributor role at The Music Beat, Thomas reviews upcoming artists to help their songs gain mainstream attention, and similar contributions are made for Music Is To Blame and The Indiependent. As a Music Columnist for LatinoLife, Thomas developed the ‘Reggaeton Recap’ feature on Latin Music. Thomas also conducts interviews and writes diverse articles for The Rodeo Mag. Alongside these roles, Thomas serves as a Committee Member for T'Hud Student Magazine, producing print articles and managing social media promotion. Current education is pursued at The University of Huddersfield, working towards an undergraduate degree in Music Journalism. Prior experience includes customer service roles at Hollywood Bowl Group Plc and Marks and Spencer, where skills in customer interaction and sales were developed.
