Kris Bertleff

Kris Bertleff has extensive experience in information technology and electronics repair, currently serving as an Information Technology System Analyst at Hollywood Gaming Mahoning Valley Race Course since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kris spent over 22 years at Best Buy, starting as an Advance Repair Agent for Apple Pro, where responsibilities included diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading PC computers and other electronics, as well as replacing screens and batteries on Apple phones. Kris also held the position of Geek Squad Sr., reporting to the Geek Squad Manager and General Manager, and previously served as an Advance Repair Agent in Geek Squad.
