Carla Johnson, AIC, SCLA Silver, has over 17 years of experience in claims management and workers' compensation. Currently serving as the Manager of Workers' Compensation at Holman since November 2013, Carla oversees the management of domestic workers' compensation claims, focusing on causal analysis and fraud indicators while leading a team of three specialists. Previously, Carla held positions as Claims Supervisor and Claims Specialist, managing various claims in the Risk Management Department. Prior experience includes working as a WC Claims Adjuster at Selective Insurance from March 2006 to November 2013. Carla's educational background includes an Associate in Claims from The Institutes Risk and Insurance and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from The College of New Jersey.
