Christopher Karlak

Christopher Karlak currently serves as the Director of Operations - Licensing and Compliance at Holman, a position held since September 2017, overseeing operational results and team culture for a large North American department. Previously, Christopher was a Senior Operations Manager focusing on North American Supply Chain Licensing & Compliance at Holman. From 2008 to 2017, Christopher contributed to Target as a Senior District Director, managing nine locations in Metro Philadelphia, and as a District Director, overseeing thirteen locations in Central Pennsylvania, with a focus on talent development and operational success. Early career experiences include roles as Store Director and Senior Merchant at Target, as well as Store Manager at Modell's Sporting Goods. Christopher holds a BS in Business Administration from the University at Albany, earned in 1994.
