Bryan Schieler

Bryan Schieler has over 25 years of experience in engineering and product development. Bryan started their career at Caterpillar Inc. as a Design Engineer before moving to Caterpillar Agricultural Products as a Senior Design Engineer. Bryan then worked at ITW Duo-Fast as a Project Engineer, specializing in NPD projects for pneumatic tools. Bryan later joined ITW Paslode, where they held the roles of Senior Project Engineer and Product Development Manager, overseeing the development and commercialization of pneumatic tools. Most recently, they have been with Auto Truck Group, initially serving as Director of Engineering for Holman Enterprises and currently as Director of Engineering at Holman, where they are responsible for manufacturing and design engineering of custom upfits for a wide range of vehicles. Bryan's experience includes leading teams, developing new products, managing budgets, and optimizing operations to drive timely delivery and quality improvement.

Bryan Schieler graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1995. In 2012, they obtained a Licensed Professional Engineer certification in Mechanical Engineering from the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Additionally, they completed a Project Management Certificate Program at Loyola University Chicago.
