Christopher Karlak

Christopher Karlak has over two decades of experience in retail leadership, starting as a Store Manager at Modell's Sporting Goods in 1997. Christopher then transitioned to Target, where they held various roles including Senior Merchant and Store Director. Karlak eventually became a District Director and Senior District Director, overseeing multiple locations and focusing on talent planning, development, and overall profitability. In 2017, they joined Holman as a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Licensing & Compliance before being promoted to Director of Licensing and Compliance, where they oversaw a large North American department and collaborated with other teams to deliver excellent client experiences.

Christopher Karlak graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
