Erik Palm has held various finance and strategic advisory roles throughout their career. Erik started as an Account Manager at Cosel USA in 1994, moving on to become a Sales Executive and then a Business Analyst at Pitney Bowes Management Services. In 2000, they joined Kearney as a Senior Business Analyst. Erik transitioned to CSX in 2001, where they held several finance positions, including Vice President. Palm later held roles at Roadrunner and UL before becoming a Strategic Advisor at Poudre Valley Capital. Most recently, in 2023, they started as the Vice President of Finance at Holman. Throughout their career, Palm has focused on financial analysis, management, and strategic decision-making.
Erik Palm earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Strategic Management from Boston College Carroll School of Management in 1994. Erik later pursued their MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2009 to 2011, focusing on Business.
