Mike Decesare

Mike DeCesare has extensive experience in the automotive and supply chain sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Order Planning at Holman since October 2004. In this role, Mike leads a team focused on navigating the vehicle supply chain for major accounts, addressing challenges in replacing, acquiring, up-fitting, and delivering fleet vehicles. Previous positions at Holman include Project Manager, where Mike enhanced client experiences in order planning and delivery processes, and Regional Engineering Manager, providing technical support and specifications for the sales force. Earlier in Mike's career, experience as General Manager at Pepboys Auto & Tires involved overseeing operations at the company's first service-only facility. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
