Michael Gallo, MHRM, is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner II with Holman and a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Currently serving as the Co-Founder and Communications Chairperson for Holman Proud, an LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, Michael fosters inclusive workplace environments. With a solid background in human resources and project management, alongside a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Michael remains committed to empowering teams and enhancing organizational culture. Previously, they held various roles at Holman and Music123.com, and managed the Collections/Recovery Division at Apothaker & Associates, P.C.
