Mikki Wilson

Mikki Wilson has extensive work experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Mikki is currently working as the Sales Excellence Director at Holmatro since September 2023. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Director at Avon Protection from November 2022 to September 2023. Before joining Avon Protection, Mikki worked at Bayer as the Sr. Marketing Communications Manager for Turf & Ornamentals from July 2022 to November 2022. Additionally, they have a long history with Avon Protection, where they served as the Global Marketing Director for First Responders from May 2019 to May 2022, and as the Marketing Director for the Americas from March 2012 to May 2019. Mikki also has experience in eCommerce marketing, having worked as the Director of eCommerce at Custom Direct/Deluxe Corporation from November 2010 to March 2012. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Sr. Director of Marketing Services and Brand Director at Custom Direct from June 2008 to November 2010 and February 2003 to June 2009, respectively.

Mikki Wilson obtained a Certificate of Marketing Strategy from Cornell University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Towson University. In addition to their degrees, Mikki also has various certifications in areas such as data analytics, unconscious bias, organization communication, negotiation skills, mentoring, professional networking, creative thinking, ideation for marketers, top 10 marketing challenges, and finance for non-financial managers.
