Niels Rombouts has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Niels started their career at Attractieverhuur Moonen in 1992 as a Crew member. From there, they moved on to various positions, including R&D at Verhulst Klimaattechniek B.V., Sales&Marketing at Digital Nose, and Product Manager at Makita Nederland B.V. In 2002, they became the Marketing Manager at FABORY before transitioning to Manager Operations at Van Beek Schroeftransport Systemen in 2007. In 2010, Niels joined Holmatro, where they held the roles of Director Industrial Equipment and later, Director Operations.
Niels Rombouts attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 2000. Niels also pursued courses in Marketing Management at Nima Marketing C and Marketing at Nima Marketing Communication B. Additionally, they studied at Willem Van Oranje College.
