Charlotte Siljeholm

Charlotte Siljeholm is a highly experienced professional in the fields of production management and operational development, currently serving as Mill Manager at Holmen Board and Paper since May 2025. Prior to this role, Charlotte held several significant positions including VP Production at Setra Group from March 2021 to April 2025, and Nationell verksamhetsutvecklare at Trafikverket between January 2019 and February 2021, where Charlotte focused on enhancing the organization's quality and risk management for improved value to citizens and businesses. Charlotte's extensive background also includes leadership roles at Sandvik in various capacities from March 2004 to January 2019, where responsibilities spanned production management, quality assurance, and EHS compliance, as well as participation in global LEAN manufacturing initiatives. Earlier career experiences include positions at IKEA, Mellanskog, and NCC.
