Melissa Kaatz

Melissa Kaatz is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the School District of Holmen since July 2019. Previously, Melissa held the roles of Human Resources Supervisor and Human Resources Assistant Supervisor within the same district, where responsibilities included employee handbook development, contract negotiations, grievance resolution, and management of HR processes and staff. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Trane as a Benefits Specialist, focusing on employee benefits administration, COBRA management, and assisting employees with claims and pension applications.
