Nicholas Schmidt is an experienced educator currently serving as a teacher at the School District of Holmen since July 2020. Prior to this role, Nicholas taught at the School District of West Salem from January 2018 to July 2020 and worked as a school age teacher at the La Crosse Area Family YMCA from May 2015 to December 2017. Nicholas began the education career as an A+ Afterschool Program Aide at the Wautoma Area School District in 2011. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration at Viterbo University, Nicholas previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary/Middle Level Education and Mathematics Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
