Yvonne Manson RN-MH QN has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2003, they began their career as a Care Assistant at Kingdom Homes Limited. yvonne then progressed to the role of Nurse RMN and later became the Dementia Care Home Manager. In 2015, they were promoted to Manager before leaving Kingdom Homes Limited in 2016 to join Balhousie Care Group as the Operations Dementia Manager. In 2020, Yvonne moved to Abbotsford Care (Glenrothes) Limited, where they served as the Director of Care and Dementia Services until 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Dementia and Lifestyle Enhancement at Holmes Care Group. Yvonne Manson RN-MH QN has had extensive experience managing dementia care and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with dementia.

Yvonne Manson RN-MH QN has a diverse education history. yvonne started their academic journey at Adam Smith College from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued a Diploma in Journalism. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Dundee and completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from 2005 to 2008.

Expanding their knowledge in the field of dementia, Yvonne pursued a Master's degree in Dementia Studies at the University of Stirling from 2012 to 2016. During their studies, they also attended the University of Bradford in 2016 for a short course on Dementia Care Mapping.

Yvonne further enhanced their skills in the field of dementia by becoming a Namaste trainer at St Christopher's in 2017. In 2018, they enrolled in a Dementia Specialist Improvement Lead program offered by NES, which they completed in 2020. Currently, Yvonne is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Dementia at the University of the West of Scotland, starting from 2020.

Additionally, Yvonne demonstrated their commitment to professional development by obtaining an SVQ4 in Business Administration and Management, General from Kingdom Training between 2014 and 2015.
