Ashley Brooks

Ashley Brooks has extensive experience in human resources and strategic initiatives. From 2017 to the present, they have been working as an HR Business Partner at Holmes Murphy & Associates, where they collaborate with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies for the Employee Benefit line of business. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2017, they served as an HR Business Partner at Qorvo, Inc., where they provided support and coaching to managers and employees in the Infrastructure and Defense Product organization. From 2013 to 2016, Ashley worked as an HR Business Partner at AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group, partnering with senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic initiatives. Additionally, from 2008 to 2013, they held the role of Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist at AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group, supporting HR activities for a client group and maintaining positive relationships with associates and management. Before that, in 2008, they worked as a recruiter at Cendien Consulting, where they handled all aspects of the recruitment process and provided administrative support.

Ashley Brooks has a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from the University of North Texas. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from The University of Dallas. In terms of additional certifications, Ashley has completed the CPI 260 certification from CPP, Inc., the Situational Leadership certification from the Center for Creative Leadership, and the sHRBP certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
