Elise Prentice

Elise Prentice, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Learning & Development professional with extensive experience in training and stakeholder relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant at Holmes Murphy & Associates since July 2018, Elise previously held various roles at Reasoning Mind from January 2012 to June 2017, including Implementation Team Lead and Senior Implementation Coordinator. Elise demonstrated proficiency in analyzing learning needs, facilitating training, and improving operational workflows. Early career roles included K-12 Substitute Teacher at Kelly Services and English Language Teacher with the United Nations Development Program in collaboration with the Chilean Ministry of Education. Elise holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Spanish Language and Literature and Biology from Austin Peay State University.
