Katie Simpson

Katie Simpson, MSLD, is a Growth and Development Consultant at Holmes Murphy since March 2023, with prior experience as a Human Resources Generalist and Intern at Sammons Financial Group Companies from May 2020 to February 2023. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Leadership Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, both from Drake University. Additional roles include serving as an Undergraduate Assistant for New Student and Parent Programs at Drake University, a Social Media Manager at Community Insurance, and various internships in human resources and social media marketing. Notably, Katie was also a selected attendee of the Principal Leadership Conference at Principal Financial Group in 2018.
