Kay Krois

Kay Krois has a diverse work experience in both the insurance and educational sectors. Kay started their career at Holmes Murphy & Associates in 2015 as a Learning and Development Consultant, where they developed and delivered training programs for Property Casualty and analyzed performance gaps. In 2018, they advanced to the role of Senior Learning Development Consultant, further enhancing their expertise in supporting internal customers and evaluating learning and development needs. Kay currently holds the position of Strategic Business Partner, Brokerage Services, overseeing the project portfolio and implementing strategic frameworks and operational initiatives. Kay utilizes their skills in portfolio management, project management, and capability development to successfully align efforts and support business planning. Prior to joining Holmes Murphy & Associates, Kay worked as a Program Coordinator at the Science Center of Iowa from 2011 to 2015, where they were responsible for managing the visitor experience, developing and presenting public and group programs, and supervising program presenters and exhibits.
