Lydia is a graduate of the Holmstead School, class of 1994. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Felician University and her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Counseling from Montclair State University. She is licensed in NJ as a Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and Professional Counselor (LPC). She works as the Student Assistance Coordinator (SAC) for Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan and maintains a part time psychotherapy practice.
