Maithri Vangala

Maithri Vangala has a diverse work experience. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Community Impact Manager at Google Fiber, where they launched a digital inclusion program and led TechBridge's Performance Measurement team. In 2017, they became the Chief of Staff at TechBridge, Inc. Maithri then worked as the Director of Operations at proclaim, a health care data science company, from 2018 to 2020. At proclaim, they developed and executed strategies and established internal processes. In 2020, they became the Director of Community Engagement at Brighthive before transitioning to becoming an Independent Consultant for Welcoming America. From 2021 to 2021, they were an Independent Consultant at Hagerty Consulting. Maithri then joined Holmusk as a Director of Real-World Evidence Strategy and Operations from 2021 to 2023 before moving into the role of Senior Director in the same field. In 2022, they became a Member at Uncommon, a private network for female leaders, and a Founding Member at Generalist World. In 2023, they also became a Board Member and Member-At-Large for WiTT - Women in Technology of Tennessee.

Maithri Vangala has a background in Biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2019, they completed the Startup School program at Y Combinator. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Design Thinking: Data Intelligence from LinkedIn in 2021.
