Head of TechOps and People Enablement at Holo

Maya Zuckerman, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology operations, people enablement, and advising roles. In their current position as Head of TechOps and People Enablement at Holo.Host, they are responsible for overseeing technical operations and facilitating growth and development within the organization. Prior to this, Maya served as an Advisor for the Global New Mobility Coalition (GNMC) and YKCenter - Accelerating the SDGs, providing expert guidance on various initiatives. Maya also held executive positions as Chief Operating Officer at LUMAN and VEME, where they played a key role in overseeing operational functions. Maya has a passion for startups and entrepreneurial ventures, evident in their role as VP Product & Operations at LifeGuides, where they spearheaded various initiatives, including team building, system development, and fundraising support. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Keyframe-Entertainment and founded Transmedia SF, aiming to promote transmedia storytelling in San Francisco. Additionally, Maya has experience in brand and event production as well as serving as an Expert-In-Residence at BRaVe Ventures. With their MBA degree and diverse work experience, Maya brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their professional endeavors.

Maya Zuckerman, MBA has a diverse educational background. In 2020, they enrolled at the University of Bradford and is expected to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2023. Maya'sfocus of study in this program is Innovation, Enterprise, and Circular Economy. Prior to their MBA, Maya attended the Open University Israel from 2004 to 2007. Although they did not obtain a specific degree, they studied Media and Business Management during their time there. Additionally, in 2000 to 2002, Maya attended the Vancouver Film School where they received a diploma in 3D Animation and Visual Effects.

Maya has also acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they became a Climate Reality Leader through their participation in The Climate Reality Project. In 2022, they completed the Introduction to Regenerative Economics course offered by the Capital Institute. Additionally, in 2021, Maya obtained certifications in the Foundations of Doughnut Economics Course from Ubiquity University and the From Linear to Circular course from Ellen MacArthur Foundation. Maya also completed the Corporate Sustainability course on Coursera in 2020. In the same year, Maya obtained multiple agile-related certifications including the 2022 Leadership Accelerator from Innovators + Influencers and various courses on Agile at Work and Agile foundations from LinkedIn. Lastly, in 2005, they received a VFX certification through Fx phd courses.
