Gabe al-Ghalith

Gabe Al-Ghalith is a seasoned professional in computational biology, currently serving as the Vice President of Computational Biology at Holobiome since August 2024, while also consulting for LUCA Biologics since July 2022. Prior experience includes a leadership role as Director of Bioinformatics at Seed Health from June 2022 to August 2024 and significant contributions as a Senior Computational Biologist at Janssen Inc. from August 2018 to June 2022. Gabe has a rich academic background, including a PhD in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from the University of Minnesota-Rochester and a BS in Biology from the University of Minnesota. Additional roles include co-founding Maple Devices and serving as a graduate research and teaching assistant at the University of Minnesota.
