Beth Kean

Beth Kean has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Beth currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Holocaust Museum LA since February 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director from March 2017 to February 2022. Before joining the Holocaust Museum, Beth worked at KeanWeir Research and Advisory as a Principal. During their tenure from March 2012 to May 2014, they focused on impact capital and conducted research on tools and trends in impact investing. Beth also provided strategic advice and analyzed data for a potential Pay for Success initiative in the early childhood education sector. Beth started their career at Salomon Brothers in 1989 and held various roles including Vice President/Manager Fixed Income Analytics from 1993 to 1997. In this role, they worked closely with traders and salespeople to develop tools for risk management and trading analytics. Beth also served as a Senior Analyst in Fixed Income Trading from 1992 to 1993, developing real-time positions and pricing applications for emerging markets debt trading. Prior to Salomon Brothers, Beth worked at Capital Group as a Risk Analyst, developing risk rules and limits for fixed income strategies from 1997 to 2010.

Beth Kean obtained a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
