David Peterson

David Peterson possesses extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management, having held key leadership roles at various companies, including Hologic, Inc. as Vice President of Global Total Rewards and Equity Administration, where strategic oversight of compensation and benefits programs was provided from January 2012 to September 2015. Previous positions include AVP and Senior Director of Total Rewards at NetScout Systems, Director of Global Compensation and Benefits at Stratus Technologies, and Director of Compensation at Stryker Biotech, where foundational compensation programs were developed. David also contributed to The Dow Chemical Company as Manager of Executive Compensation and Manager of Worldwide Compensation. Academically, David holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bryant University and an MBA from Nichols College.
