Emilia de Alonso

Emilia De Alonso is the General Manager of Hologic Iberia, overseeing business units focused on Breast & Skeletal Health, Gynecology Surgical Solutions, and Diagnostics Solutions for Spain and Portugal since February 2020. Prior to this role, Emilia served as Country Business Lead for Breast & Skeletal and Gynecology Surgical Solutions, and Business Unit Director where key achievements included the integration of distributor EMSOR to Hologic and sustainable business growth. Previous experience includes leadership at Johnson & Johnson, where Emilia led a cross-functional team in bariatrics, achieving market leadership and sales targets, and product management in surgical specialties. Other roles include external advisory at Fjord Ventures, project engineering at Beckman Laser Institute, and research associate at GEMAT.
