Sweta Monnanda

Sweta Monnanda currently serves as the Sr. Director and Global Head of PMO for Breast and Skeletal Health at Hologic, Inc., a role held since October 2023. Prior to this position, Sweta Monnanda had a 13-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included Director of Program Management for the Lung Cancer Initiative, as well as various engineering and program management roles. Experience at Johnson & Johnson Vision included Senior Manager of Product Management, and earlier roles at Zimmer, Honeywell, and GE Healthcare highlighted a strong technical foundation in engineering and systems validation. Sweta Monnanda holds a B.E. in Medical Electronics from Bangalore University and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
