Zhi Ying Yeo

Zhi Ying Yeo currently serves as the Head of HR Emerging Asia at Hologic, Inc. since October 2021, previously holding the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at the same company. Prior to Hologic, Zhi Ying Yeo was an HR Business Partner at Bayer from May 2018 to October 2021, and served as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Nestlé Nespresso between July 2016 and April 2018. Earlier career experience includes roles at Menarini Asia-Pacific as Associate HR Manager and Senior Regional HR Executive, and at NOL as an HR Analyst. Zhi Ying Yeo started the professional journey in the Public Service Division, working as a Senior HR Executive from 2007 to 2011, and began with an internship at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. in 2006. Zhi Ying Yeo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on HR Consulting and a minor in Psychology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed in 2007.
