Rich Knapp is currently the VP of Partnerships at Hologram. Prior to their current position, Rich was the Business Development Director at Klook, where they were responsible for launching the company's North American operations. Rich oversaw all business development and account management activity, and established partnerships with key North American attractions, tours, and activities. Rich hired and managed a team of eight business development and account management staff located in Boston, San Francisco, Orlando, and China.

Klook is a global travel activities and services booking platform, and Asia’s first travel “unicorn.” It was founded in 2014 and empowers travelers around the world to discover, book and experience the best things to do anywhere, anytime. It provides a seamless way to explore popular attractions, tours, local transportation, food, and unique activities on its website and app. Each day, Klook travelers indulge in their wanderlust and spontaneity through over 100,000 offerings in more than 400 destinations.

With a team of more than 2,000 across over 29 offices worldwide, Klook's services are available in 14 languages, supporting 41 currencies. It has raised over US$520 million investment from investors including Sequoia Capital, Softbank Vision Fund, Matrix Partners, Goldman Sachs, and TCV.

Rich Knapp attended Harvard University, where they graduated with a degree in government and international relations, cum laude. Rich then attended the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they earned an MBA in entrepreneurial and small business operations. Finally, they completed a certification from the U.S. Coast Guard in USCG licensed master captain.

Their manager is Ben Forgan, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Patrick Wilbur - Co-Founder & CTO, Flavia Logsdon - Chief of Staff, and Annie Rosen - CFO.
