Donatella Marcellino

Donatella Marcellino has a diverse range of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Donatella is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at holoride since February 2023. Prior to this, from June 2021 to February 2023, they worked as a Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist at VMware.

Before joining VMware, Donatella worked at Amazon in various roles. From November 2020 to May 2021, they served as an EMEA Campus Recruiter. In this role, they collaborated effectively across the business to find the best candidates for Amazon. From June 2020 to November 2020, they were the ITA Apprenticeships Program Recruiter. Their responsibilities involved recruiting apprentices in RME & IT across Europe, with a focus on leading the Apprenticeships Team in Italy. Additionally, Donatella worked as an EU Campus Recruiter at Amazon from January 2020 to June 2020.

Prior to their time at Amazon, they gained experience as an HR Generalist at STAFF Agenzia per il Lavoro from May 2019 to November 2019. Donatella also worked as an HR Executive Search Consultant at Trevisearch - Thalia from October 2018 to May 2019. In this role, they specialized in headhunting high managerial engineering profiles and conducting full cycle recruiting processes.

Donatella's earlier experience includes working as a Recruiter CORE (Center Of Recruitment Excellence) at ManpowerGroup from September 2017 to October 2018.

Donatella Marcellino completed a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Sciences at Università di Catania from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Training and Development of Human Resources at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2017 to 2019.
