Myriam Lamontagne has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Sales Associate at Reitmans, where they discovered their passion for boosting women's self-confidence. Myriam then worked at Statistics Canada on a 3-month contract managing the payroll process for Census Canada in 2016. From 2010 to 2017, Myriam worked as a Sales Representative at Les Hôtels JARO, selling units that met customers' needs and expectations. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Support Representative at Desjardins. In 2018, they joined Cree as a Customer Service Representative and Order Entry Clerk, providing support to the sales team and coordinating activities for product delivery. Simultaneously, they worked as a Communications Consultant at Radio-Canada. In 2019, Myriam became a Customer Success Associate at Xello. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Team Lead at HOLOS, contributing to the company's growth by developing an onboarding process, coaching the team, and creating a pleasant working environment.
