Emily Ellis

Emily Ellis serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Holt Brothers Construction since July 2025. Prior to this role, Emily held several positions at CT Wilson Construction Company, Inc., including CFO and EVP, from February 2015 to July 2025. Before that, Emily was a Senior Accountant at Cherry Bekaert LLP for a brief period in early 2015 following the acquisition of Thomas, Knight, Trent, King and Company, where Emily also worked as a Senior Accountant from September 2013 to December 2014. Emily's career began at Carolina Biological Supply Company as an Accounting Intern, with additional experience as a Corporate Tax Intern at Lowe's Home Improvement and as a Front Desk Associate at Days Inn. Emily holds a BS in Accounting from Elon University, where studies were completed in 2007.
