Joseph Rose currently serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Holt Homes, overseeing sales operations in the South Puget Sound and Portland Metro areas since May 2024. In this role, Joseph focuses on strategic growth, leading sales teams, and promoting the company’s mission of delivering high-quality homes reflective of the Pacific Northwest. Prior to this, Joseph held positions at Holt Homes as Area Sales Manager and Associate Sales Manager, where responsibilities included managing associates, driving revenue, and supporting marketing efforts for new community openings.
